Patient Experience requirements : AIDET, BSSR (Bedside shift report), Press Ganey goals 75% Hospital Specifics- Certifications : Chest Pain Center, Stroke Accredidation Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Must have : ICU experience ( 2 years), Teamwork skills, New Grad RN support Advanced skills needed : Ventilator, IV Drip titration, Arterial Line management Procedures performed on unit : Intubation, Central Line insertions, Art Line insertions Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Dress Code : (Required uniform) Navy Blue Scrubs Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
