Company Description
DSM Spine+Sport is a physical medicine and sport chiropractic medicine clinic located in the Des Moines Metropolitan Area.
We specialize in the treatment of orthopedic and sport injuries through the use of soft tissue mobilization techniques, joint manipulation, functional training, and therapeutic exercise.
Our clinic is known as the premier sport injury rehab center for Des Moines' athletic community.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Receptionist. As a Receptionist, your day-to-day tasks will include phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service.
You will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting patients, maintaining files, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties
- Excellent clerical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
