Siamo alla ricerca di un Head of Operations che supervisioni e diriga le attività che supportano i processi dei nostri canali di acquisto C2B e di vendita B2B.

Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile di una delle aree più critiche per l’azienda, essendo il punto di transito di tutte le auto acquistate e rivendute.
- Monitorare i processi attraverso l’analisi dei principali KPI;
- Sviluppare ed eseguire le strategie operative di casa madre al fine di migliorare i processi;
- Collaborare con i principali stakeholder interni ed esterni (Agenzie di pratiche auto, Pubbliche amministrazioni, ecc..);
- Applicare le metodologie Lean al fine di ottimizzare i processi aziendali;
- Proporre soluzioni innovative e tecnologiche rispetto alla normativa vigente;
- Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria gestionale, Economia;
- Esperienza comprovata di almeno 5 anni nel coordinamento di team e lean management;
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership, gestione del team e capacità decisionali;
- Forti competenze analitiche e problem-solving;
- Orientamento ai risultati e abilità nell'affrontare le sfide in modo proattivo.
