Receptionist

One of our clients, who is leading transportation systems with a fun, laid-back culture in the Oakbrook area, is looking for a Receptionist to provide administrative support to the Office Manager.

As a company that offers several opportunities for growth and advancement, they are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated individual who wants to work alongside managers with extensive industry experience.

Receptionist Responsibilities :

• Manage the front desk of the Oakbrook office Monday-Friday
• Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to internal departments and employees
• Provide general company information and independently answer inquiries
• Greet guests, corporate visitors, internal employees and vendors
• Manage conference room schedules
• Maintain front office appearance
• Pull reports and prepare presentations for conference meetings
• Assist with general ad hoc administrative tasks throughout the office

Receptionist Requirements :

• 1+ year of office support / receptionist experience
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• High energy and a positive, professional demeanor
