Executive Briefing Center Program Manager (San Jose, CA)
We are looking for an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Program Manager for a global B2B technology company. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and facilitating in-person, virtual, and hybrid customer engagements with executives to further sales efforts.
Excellent communication with global sales teams, executive stakeholders, and strategic partners is required in planning and managing customer meetings.
This is a 6 month contract (extensions likely), 40 hr / week. Must work up to 5 days per week onsite at the client's office in San Jose, CA.
Onsite work is required only for team meetings and onsite customer visits.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the complete planning process beginning to end for customer briefings and engagements.
- Act as a consultant to the sales account manager from the initial briefing request to create an agenda, and source appropriate discussion leaders (including executives) based on the shared objectives of both the account team and the customer.
- Manage prep and planning calls with the account team and discussion leaders to ensure discussion leaders understand overall briefing objectives.
- Facilitate each briefing, including but not limited to Welcome and Introductions, the customer's Business Insights / Voice of the Customer, transitions between each session, interjections as necessary, and finally the closing to ensure all the customer's objectives were met and challenges understood.
- Conduct follow-up on each briefing, gathering account manager and customer feedback, identifying post-briefing opportunities, and reporting on conclusions and suggestions.
- Build relationships with the sales team, product manager, executives, and executive admins regarding processes and procedures to execute successful briefings.
Must have proven success in building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Work with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and other areas of the company to create, plan and execute customized briefings.
- Collaborate with EBC peers on cross-functional projects to maintain the world-class briefing experience we continue to provide and achieve.
- Populate and keep the briefing management system up to date to reflect agenda changes.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of Customer meeting and Executive Briefing center experience for B2B technology companies.
- Strong recent facilitation and presentation skills; has taken facilitation training.
- Experience working with sales team members and executives.
- Ability to understand client's technology solutions.
- Ability and interest learn new EBC technology solutions such as virtual meeting software, electronic whiteboards, etc.
