Packaging Machine Operator

Position Type : Night Shift Openings
Shift : 12-hour shifts : 6 PM - 6 AM
Responsibilities :
- Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery.
- Read and comprehend work orders and special instructions for machine operation and maintenance.
- Maintain standard machine operations, making necessary adjustments and changes based on work order requirements.
- Develop proficiency in machine maintenance and techniques to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Print and apply labels to finished goods and pallets.
- Meet production and throughput targets.
- Operate label applicator bander machine, making adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience with Machine Operation is required.
- Previous experience in the Packaging Industry is required.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Math skills.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation : $20.75 an hour + $2.10 shift differential
