Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support the our Agency relations team in development and management of project plans for large initiatives such as the annual agency relationship assessment and scope development process.

This PM will be responsible for agency management platform updates and follow up, agency appreciation program, and administrative projects as capacity allows.

The ideal candidate will have both marketing agency and client-side experience but agency experience is critical.

Qualifications :

Project management build and manage a schedule that considers multiple stakeholders and dependencies

Organizational skills juggle many tasks, deadlines and resources simultaneously, adapt plans as projects evolve and new challenges arise;

keep an eye on the details to ensure nothing slips through a crack

Resourcefulness the ability to research and identify ways to overcome hurdles that could slow a project

Communication develop clear, concise updates for leadership that answer potential questions and summarize difficult content into an easy to digest executive summary

Subject Matter Expertise : experience working at a marketing agency and understanding what motivates them to success
