Product Manager, LIVE User Safety - Trust & Safety

As a Product Manager, Live User Safety on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with our global team of product managers to own and drive the safety features and strategies for our platform, ensuring our platform is safe for our global community.

You will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies, and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies.

What will I be doing?

• Work as the product manager for TikTok LIVE User Safety Product, responsibilities include developing strategies and roadmaps for safety transparency, user perception, appeal, survey, and enforcement, etc.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of creators' and viewers' behavior in LIVE; Deliver product enhancements and innovations that maximize long-term improvement of TikTok LIVE users' safety experience while balancing platform stance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor product updates, Utilize the most recent advancements in technology and abilities to improve product competitiveness.
• Drive execution by working directly with engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, and other cross-functional teams.

What should I bring with me?

• 4+ years of product management experience building products / tools related to user products.
• Strong experience with the TikTok ecosystem, including the TikTok app, its related products, and its user community.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can manage large cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Information :

Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $246400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.
