We are currently offering a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time Maintenance Worker!
Must be 20 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.
Pay Rate : $18-$21 per hour depending on education and experience.
Shift available : Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm with an on-call rotation.
Education Requirements :
Completion of at least 10th grade required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) from an accredited high school preferred.
Licensure / Certification :
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Experience Requirements :
One-three months related experience and / or training.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for building maintenance, repair, and support in the following areas : vehicle maintenance and repair, custodial work, yard maintenance, and snow removal. This person works directly with the Facility Manager on various project management tasks. There may be some record-keeping related to the duties performed.
This position works directly with various departments to complete needed maintenance and repairs.
External contracts may include, outside contractors, suppliers, and inspectors as assigned.
Tasks are performed under the guidance of the Facility Manager for Camber. Work performance is reviewed through informal supervision, formal supervision, reports, and evaluations. Incumbent candidates are subject to Camber personnel policies and procedures.
