What You Will Do :

• Daily processing of business transactions, pulling reports, and clearing ques.
• Working with Operations and Sales to resolve discrepancies preventing the processing of billing or payables.
• Reviewing and processing orders based on set criteria.
• Reconciling vendor invoices versus internal documents to determine and resolve discrepancies.
• Working with warehouse staff to confirm and process returns.
• Puling reports for warehouse staff and ensuring they process returns in a timely fashion.

What You Will Bring :

• Ability to grow and maintain relationships with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personality.
• Strong organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasks.
• Strong detail-orientation.
• Possess reliable problem-solving ability
• 2+ years experience with administrative business functions, Payables, Billing, Inventory Management, or similar.
• 2+ years experience with Codale or Sonepar Eclipse and SWMS systems and processes
• High School Diploma is required
