Key ResponsibilitiesProvide email and live technical support for complex issues and critical outagesIdentify and reproduce product issues, perform QA, and submit bug reports or feature requestsCollaborate with various teams to keep them updated on customer issues and improve support processesRequired Qualifications3+ years of advanced customer-facing technical support experienceExperience with MySQL or similar databases and SQL query optimizationSolid sysadmin / QA / Testing skill set, including hands-on experience with LinuxExperience with a scripting or coding language such as Python, Bash, or GoFamiliarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
