Your role
- Provide cross product global markets account management coverage to highly sophisticated clients (banks, institutional clients, family offices, hedge funds & asset managers) who are active in multiple product segments across the Investment Bank.
- Coordinate service review meetings to evaluate performance, identify client needs and development requests, and manage the strategic client relationship.
- Represent UBS in various operational industry forums and conferences.
- Host client demos of UBS platforms to educate client on reporting suite and tools available to maximize adoption.
- Work with the client to develop a strategic roadmap of product, process, and technology deliverables.
- Partner with Sales on commercial objectives through enablement / unblocking of revenue opportunities.
- Serve as the voice of the client in product development and support forums.
- Create action plans to improve service delivery and operational processes.
- Ensure all client related operational tasks are managed efficiently and to client service level expectations.
- Partner with the transition management team on new launches to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for the client.
- Deliver the firm to clients through Regulatory / Industry / Vendor Updates, SME Connectivity.

Your team
You'll be working in the Integrated Client Lifecycle Services Account Management Team based in NYC. Global Markets Account Management is responsible for the overall client experience of Global Markets clients, managing operational performance and service delivery, ensuring the health of the relationship, and driving strategic enhancement and growth.
Interaction is with external clients and internal stakeholders such as Consulting & Sales, Operations Management, Trading, Client Onboarding, Cash & Collateral Management, Prime Services, Business Management, Legal, Client Technology Analysts, etc.
Your expertise
- strong client management experience and proven client service competencies
- working knowledge of Global Markets product segments including Equity and Fixed Income Securities, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, and Centrally Cleared products.
- previous experience related to Global Markets operations processes including trade support, settlements, confirmation, risk management, cash and collateral management, reporting, documentation, and client onboarding
- strong communication, presentation, problem solving, and organizational skills, with the ability manage multiple client deliverables while balancing internal and external stakeholder demand
- a passion for delivering results for clients and working in a team setting, as well as managing initiatives independently.
