Payroll Specialist
Overview
Dental Care Alliance is currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our amazing team! This position is on-site in our Weston Florida office.
This ideal candidate will compile and record employee time and payroll data. Audit multi- state payrolls with bi- weekly and semi- monthly pay cycles, to ensure employees are paid accurately.
UKG experience strongly preferred. Answer payroll related questions and troubleshoots issues that may arise. We offer competitive salary plus benefits!
Responsibilities
Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
- Issue and record adjustments to pay, related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
- Monitor paid time off for employees and make adjustments if needed.
- Keep informed about changes in minimum wage, tax, and deduction laws that
