Job Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician performed routine repairs, preventative maintenance and installation of equipment under close supervision and in a timely manner to minimize disruptions of site operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting and / or repairs of production and facility equipment, proactively identifying and resolving reoccurring maintenance issues
- Conduct electrical or mechanical installation, repair, and troubleshooting of motors, instrumentation and / or controls
- Identify deviations and document / communicate them in compliance with SOP
- Safely use hand and power tools for machine installation, disassembly, and testing of electronic, pneumatic, and electrical devices
- Mechanical and electrical abilities within welding, plumbing, conveyors, 480v, Allen Bradley PLC, and 3 phase motors
Maintains level of housekeeping / sanitation / food safety which meets company's standards and protocols including OSHA, FDA, and USDA guidelines
Professional Experience
This is a 3rd shift opportunity, operating on a 2-2-3 schedule
