Description
Serves as a liaison between the patient and health care team. Resolves patient needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
Serves as a clinical resource for educational initiatives. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and caregivers.
Estimated pay range for this position is $31.63 - $41.12 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees : Associates Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse Basic Life Support Additional Qualifications : Bilingual preferred.
