Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Telemetry Job Duration : 8 weeks Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (06 : 45 - 19 : 15) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Less than 2 years accepted License : Compact or LA license required Certifications : RN Licensure, AHA certifications, CPI for ER nurses Must-Have : - COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only)- Flu Vaccine (Medical / Religious Exemptions Only) Job Description : Seeking a skilled nurse for a fast-paced acute care telemetry / stroke certified unit.
- Potential to float to Med / Surg Stepdown, a sister unit.- Accepts first-time travelers.- Required to work every other weekend.
- Inpatient unit provides support of PCTs, a 24 / 7 secretary, virtual nurses, and a medication administration pharmacist.
- References : Not required for submission, though two Manager / Supervisor references needed for starting.- RTO must be discussed during the interview.
- Orientation is available five days a week.- Resources who worked as permanent staff must be separated from the health system for one year before returning as a traveler.
