About The Position
ID : 58426343 Shift : 8hr Day Description : HWL , TX (3010-2419)-AN-0001 Address : 28341 Tomball Pkwy Ste 110, Tomball, TX Shift Details : Clinic currently booking at 140 visits per week with 1 PT, 1 PTA and PRN PT help 2 days a week.
We need room for evaluations, our lag time is high. A req is open for a full time PT . The PRN PT as this center was supposed to come on full time but let us know it will be 3-4 months until they can.
Clinic is a de novo that is growing very quickly. general ortho, TMD, vestibular, external Pelvic health Address : 28341 Tomball Pkwy Ste 110 Tomball, TX Outpatient Experience is preferred.
Will accept New Grads? NO Will accept First Time Travelers? YES 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Float to other clinics : No Patient Population : Outpatient Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week;
Will see 12-14 patients / day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected. Guaranteed Hours : Contract Weeks : 13
