We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate MALE CAREGIVER to assist a MALE PATIENT who resides in Glendale. This patient is wheelchair bound, and you will need to provide ALL ADL'S.
There is some driving involved.
You may work seven (7) days or five (5) days - the choice is yours - but the hours are IN STONE : 7 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM on any day.

DUTIES INCLUDE (But are not limited to) :
- ALL ADL'S
- Companionship
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Reminder
- Some Driving Involved (Appointments, shopping, out for air, etc.)

MUST HAVES :
- Experience with ADL patients
- At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
- Current Driver's License w / reliable vehicle and insurance showing you are a covered driver on that insurance
- Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry
- Current TB Test Results (OR - proof you have taken a test recently)
- COVID Vaccination Card
- Second Form of ID Compliant with I-9 (Social Security Card, US Passport, EAC, Permanent Resident Cared, etc.)
