As part of our team, you’ll provide virtual care that helps people across the U.S. lead healthier, happier lives all from the comfort of your own space.
Salary Range : $110,000 to $130,000
Schedule : Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
What You’ll Do :
- Provide weekly, remote therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
- Monitor client progress, offer support, and document sessions
- Work with a collaborative care team to ensure participants get the resources they need
- Handle high-risk situations with care and attention to safety protocols
- Participate in team meetings to stay connected and grow with our mission
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Active California state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
