Care Center Cincinnati is looking for a night shift ER Supervisor to lead our ER and Nursing team! The ER supervisor is an integral part of our hospital leadership team.
They are responsible for providing guidance and support to the team, managing the team schedules, organizing daily workflow, diffusing conflict, and providing essential communication and feedback to the team.

About You :
Credentialed veterinary technician or experience veterinary assistant with at least 2 years of experience in ER.
TEAM Player with initiative and willingness to jump in to help the team and patients
Passionate about both patient care and veterinary leadership, dedicated to working alongside those you lead.
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to remain composed during stressful situations.
Anticipated Schedule :
2nd / 3rd shift rotation
Every other weekend required.
