Join our dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and experienced licensed Physician Assistants looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes.
About Us :
We specialize in delivering advanced wound care in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences.
Operating in 8 states, we are expanding rapidly and currently care for approximately 300 patients.
Cities include :
Parkland, Puyallup, Spanaway, South Hill, Tacoma, Lakewood, Edgewood, Sumner, Elk Plain, University Place, Bonney Lake, Federal Way, Auburn, Kent, Des Moines.
Position Details :
Role : Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant
Commitment : Full-Time, 40 hours / week
Patient Load : Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day
Compensation and Benefits :
Salary : $170,000 / year
Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (paid out quarterly)

Job Duties :
Provide primary and specialized care, ensuring effective management of diverse health conditions.
Establish strong relationships with patients and their families for better health outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet healthcare goals.
Facilitate referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
