Conducts initial and ongoing assessments, develops and updates plan of care accordingly in collaboration with patients.

Provides and directs nursing care and evaluates outcomes.

Uses technology appropriately including safety standards and measures; follows infection prevention standards.

Uses evidence based tools, established policies, procedures and standards of care and practice

Educates patients and family members and documents accordingly.

Experience : 2+ years of Med Surg experience - Required

License : RN License of MI

Infojini Healthcare Job ID #62469. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
