Overview
i3 has an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to support the Naval Research Laboratory, Tactical Electronic Warfare Division.
The TEWD's mission is to protect the warfighter from emerging threats by advancing electronic warfare (EW) through RDT&E of current and future technologies.
The Electrical Engineer will aid in the development of EW systems by developing software implementations of control and signal processing algorithms.
Responsibilities
- Contributing team member solving highly technical problems in the area of EW technologies.
- Design and develop hardware, software, and firmware in EW applications.
- Develop and implement algorithms for use in radar applications.
- Support integration and verification testing in laboratory and field environments.
- Generate technical reports documenting design and analysis.
Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience.
- Experience with C / C++ and Python languages.
- Experience operating electronic test equipment.
- Experience with radar signal processing.
Desired :
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field.
- Five (5) years of experience.
- Experience designing, developing, and testing electronic and digital circuits.
- Experience debugging embedded software or firmware.
- Experience with radar systems.

- Regular i3 hours are 8 : 00 . - 5 : 00 . Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
