Schedule : Full Time Days or Nights (36hrs / week)About Us - Transitional Care Unit (TCU)* Located on the sixth floor of the Tower at Freeman Hospital West* 20-bed ICU step-down unit, which provides care for high acuity patients that require close monitoring* Strong focus on the "why" behind patient careWhat You'll DoIn conjunction with the medical plan of care, independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families;
plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.
RequirementsCurrent Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
