Job Specifics

  • The OSF HealthCare Illinois Neurological Institute is seeking a Clinical Director for its Level IV Epilepsy Center, the only level IV center in Illinois outside of Chicago.
  • An experienced Epileptologist is the ideal candidate to bring leadership to our team.
  • Join an academic environment with opportunities to teach and work with residents at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria
  • Participate in program development efforts, including establishment of new outreach subspecialty clinics, and system-wide epilepsy care

  • Experience with perioperative stereo-electroencephalogram (SEEG) analysis is necessary
  • Experience or willingness to learn the indications and management of VNS, RNS, and DBS for epilepsy is strongly recommended
  • Nurse practitioner and experienced neurosurgical support are in place for epilepsy surgery evaluations
  • Advances neuroimaging includes MRI, fMRI, PET scan, and SPECT

    Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position : $417,000-$432,543 Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations.
