ID : 49227804 Shift : Night 4x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00) Description : Clinical review and auto offerNightsThe Inpatient Oncology unit located on 3 South, is a 28 bed adult acute care hematology / oncology unit as well as a 15-bed intermediate care (IMU) Stem Cell Transplant Unit (SCTU).
Joining the Inpatient Oncology team gives new nurses the opportunity to train in both levels of care and gain deep knowledge of the care for the oncology patient.
The nurse to patient ratio for 3 South is 1 : 4, while in SCTU it is 1 : 3 due to the higher level of care for both day shift and night shift.

UVA does not allow travelers to work on assignment for more than 365 days, regardless of time off between contracts. To be eligible to return, clinician must be approved by UVA leadership.
Separation Policy : Facility does not allow travelers to return after they have worked on assignment for 365 days, despite any separation period.
