We seek aSr. Electrical Engineer Product Support (Aerospace) based inEverett WA. This engineer focuses on resolving manufacturing andfieldrelated problems implementing cost product and maintenanceimprovements addressing component sourcing and obsolescence issuesand conducting qualification and verification testing for designchanges.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • ProductSustaining : Leading projects related to obsolescence mitigation andmarketdriven modifications collaborating with engineering teams tointegrate designchanges.
  • OperationsSupport : Analyzing production test failures identifying root causesand driving correctiveactions.
  • CustomerSupport : Investigating and resolving complex hardware issuesreported bycustomers.
  • ProductImprovements : Identifying cost reduction opportunities whilemaintaining product performance andquality.
  • ProjectSupport : Contributing to new product development programs andmanaging individualprojects.
  • ProductCompliance : Ensuring product designs and modifications adhere toindustry standards andregulations.

Requirements

RequiredQualifications :

  • Bachelorsdegree in Electrical or ElectronicsEngineering.
  • 5years of experience in highspeed circuit design component analysisschematic and PCB analysis digital & analog circuittroubleshooting programming in Windows and Linux environments andusing tools like oscilloscopes andDMMs.

PreferredSkills :

  • Experiencewith PCI PCIe PXIe andUSB.
  • Knowledgeof avionicsdatabuses / designs.
  • Thermalimaging and spectrum analyzerexperience.
  • FPGAcode analysis inVerilog.
  • Programmingin scriptinglanguages.
  • Testingto DO160 and militarystandards.

Theposition requires US citizenship due to ITARregulations.

Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Electrical orElectronics Engineering. 5+ years of experience in high-speedcircuit design, component analysis, schematic and PCB analysis,digital & analog circuit troubleshooting, programming inWindows and Linux environments, and using tools like oscilloscopesand DMMs.

Preferred Skills : Experience with PCI, PCIe, PXIe, andUSB. Knowledge of avionics databuses / designs. Thermal imaging andspectrum analyzer experience.

FPGA code analysis in Verilog.Programming in scripting languages. Testing to DO-160 and militarystandards. The position requires US citizenship due to ITARregulations.
