Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in home health care.
As an LPN, you will provide professional nursing services under the direction of an RN, applying knowledge and skills to facilitate problem resolution and achieve individualized patient goals and outcomes.
The role also involves maintaining contact with patients, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team, participating in care coordination activities, and documenting patient care.
The compensation for this role ranges from $44,200 to $60,900 per year and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Experience / Skills :
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
- Current nursing license in the practicing state.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Two years experience as an LPN / LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting.
