Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor

Brooklyn Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN)Supervisor to work Evenings (3 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm) in Brooklyn NY.

Duties :

• Complete resident care requirements byscheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support toresidents & families
• Provide informationto residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe & clean workingenvironment by implementing rules & regulations
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidentialinformation processing
• Manage documentationof resident care services
• Promote acooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements :

• Must hold validRegistered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3years LongTerm Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members ofthe staff
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribingprograms
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
