We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative.
What we bring to you :
- Compensation structure : $43,680-$54,080 base (dependent on experience) with monthly commission
- Woodgrain pays 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance401k matching.

- Onsite position : Monday-Friday : 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
What our Inside Sales Representative does :
- Works with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.
- Overcomes technical and business objections for prospective customers.
- Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
- Estimates date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, and production and delivery schedules.
- Prepares reports of business transactions
What you need to have :
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent, preferred.
- 1 to 2 years related industry experience and / or training.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office preferred.
