Bedside Medical Device Interface provides a mechanism to connect bedside medical devices to the electronic health record (EHR).
It provides access to the catalog of supported medical device types, barcode scanning to associate devices for enhanced device association, automatic disassociation of patient monitors from the patient's medical chart, and association of reports and device connectivity through CareAware Reporting.
Responsibilities :
- This position will be developing drivers (Java based) that enables medical devices to connect with the electronic health record.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, and tools for seamless device connectivity.
Experience needed :
1-2 years of Java development
