Monitor attendance and compliance with policies and procedures for all on-site staff. Assist in the forecasting of staffing requirements based on business needs and trends. Provide administrative support, including generating reports and maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment practices. Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and encouraging staff to do the same. Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
On-Site Support Associate
On-site support associate at $18+ / hr for various shifts. The on-site staffing support associate will oversee and manage staffing needs at our clients location. This role involves working closely with both the client and the staffing agency to ensure efficient workforce deployment, employee engagement, and operational support to meet client objectives. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong focus on customer service.
