Job Description
Compensation : $180000 - $200000 Job ID : 29699
Job Function :
- Monday - Friday 8a-4 : 30p
- Balance costs, monitor productivity, maintain patient and staff satisfaction
- Ensure that the standards and guidelines for the Critical Care dept are met
- Manage depts for daily operation of service lines
- Oversee nurse mgrs, asst nurse mgrs and frontline team members
- Coordinate for additional nurse recruitment and staffing
Job Requirements :
- Active NY RN license
- BLS and ACLS
- BSN / BA required - MSN preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant director experience
