Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the development of our retail mobile application.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and experience in managing consumer-facing mobile application projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that our mobile application meets the needs of our users and aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy & Vision : Assist in the vision and strategy for our retail mobile application, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Project Management : Lead and manage mobile application project, including planning, execution, and delivery. Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketing, and sales, to deliver on time and within budget.
• Market Research : Conduct market research and user analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for innovation within the retail space.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Documentation & Reporting : Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and project plans.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within mobile application development environments.

Proven track record of overseeing at least 2 consumer-facing retail application projects in the last 5 years. Expertise in partnering with 3rd party agency and inhouse team to complete project on time.

• Retail Knowledge : Understanding of the retail industry and its specific needs and challenges, particularly in mobile technology.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with mobile application development processes, tools, and methodologies. Experience with agile development practices is a plus.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate vision and strategy to diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience with specific retail technology platforms or tools.
• Knowledge of UX / UI design principles for mobile applications
