Job description Supporting the day to day operations of Cesna Group across the United States and executing expansion recruitment.

As a member of the multinational teams of executives and recruitment consultants, recruitment consultants are to provide services recognized for impressive in-house research competence, the speed and the flexibility of our response, as well as high success rates in digging qualified talents to serve large-scale international enterprises.

Candidate sourcing (headhunting, online advertising, social networking, database searches) Interviewing(Screen, Phone, On-site) Introducing the candidate to the client Managing the interview process Offering the candidate the position & Closing the sales Identifying clients through business development (client / candidate calling, meetings, etc.

Winning new business Promoting the Cesna Group’s services to your clients Negotiating business terms Who we are looking for : Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines 1-5 years Commercial Sales (Business to Business) experience or related industy.
