Program Overview :

• 2 rotations of 12 months each
• Potential Rotations include Alternative Investments and Fund Administration.
• Comprehensive training program focusing on Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Continuous Improvement.
• Professional development events that focus on building soft skills, networking, and mentorship.
• A community of new graduates working in GWAM operations from across locations.

How you’ll make an impact :

• Utilize analytical skills and critical thinking to understand business drivers and needs.
• Build and foster positive relationships to strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Apply training and knowledge in data mining, analysis, and visualization.
• Deliver documented solution requirements and propose solutions clearly.
• Lead meetings and present information using strong communication skills.
• Articulate and prepare business partners for changes introduced.
• Propose business decisions that drive results and solve customer problems.
• Day-to-day activities may include valuation oversight, trade processing, risk oversight, and data management.

What you’ll bring to the team :

• Graduating in Spring 2025 from an accredited university with a degree in Business Administration or related Discipline.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric focus.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity to learn.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude.
• Strong time management, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Understanding of the financial services industry and wealth management.

Salary & Benefits :

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location : Boston, Massachusetts

Salary range is expected to be between : $50,475.00 USD - $84,125.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn compensation tied to performance.
