Program Overview :
- 2 rotations of 12 months each
- Potential Rotations include Alternative Investments and Fund Administration.
- Comprehensive training program focusing on Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Continuous Improvement.
- Professional development events that focus on building soft skills, networking, and mentorship.
- A community of new graduates working in GWAM operations from across locations.
How you’ll make an impact :
- Utilize analytical skills and critical thinking to understand business drivers and needs.
- Build and foster positive relationships to strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Apply training and knowledge in data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Deliver documented solution requirements and propose solutions clearly.
- Lead meetings and present information using strong communication skills.
- Articulate and prepare business partners for changes introduced.
- Propose business decisions that drive results and solve customer problems.
- Day-to-day activities may include valuation oversight, trade processing, risk oversight, and data management.
What you’ll bring to the team :
- Graduating in Spring 2025 from an accredited university with a degree in Business Administration or related Discipline.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric focus.
- Analytical mindset and curiosity to learn.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude.
- Strong time management, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of the financial services industry and wealth management.

Salary & Benefits :
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location : Boston, Massachusetts
Salary range is expected to be between : $50,475.00 USD - $84,125.00 USD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn compensation tied to performance.
