Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor residential and outpatient care services for medical necessity and effectivenessDevelop and oversee discharge plans in collaboration with providers and facilitiesParticipate in quality improvement activities and advocate for patient treatment needsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationCurrent licensure as CEAP, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LSW, or RNMinimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance abuse settingsKnowledge of utilization management procedures and community resourcesExperience in inpatient and / or outpatient settingsUnderstanding of DSM V or the most current diagnostic edition
