What We Offer :
Competitive Pay : $45-50 per hour based on experience.
Flexible Scheduling : Choose from a variety of shifts, including part-time and full-time options.
Weekly Pay : Direct deposit or paper check available.
Comprehensive Benefits : Medical / health benefits after one year and 1,560 hours worked, plus a 401(k) with company match.
Sick Time : Up to 56 hours of sick time per year based on hours worked.

Positions Available :
Hourly LPN : Flexible scheduling with options for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Live-In LPN : Provide continuous care by residing with the client during scheduled shifts.
What We're Looking For :
Valid LPN license in New York State.
Updated medicals / vaccinations or willingness to obtain.
Completed drug screen or Habituation Form, or willingness to obtain.
A compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide nursing care and assistance based on your scheduled shifts, including medication management, personal care tasks, and mobility support.
Engage clients in meaningful activities and maintain detailed records of care provided.
Communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or care team.
