Implementation Lead

A company is looking for an Implementation Lead to design and execute client onboarding processes for a new fintech platform serving higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and standardize onboarding methodology and project templates for higher education institutions

Lead client migration strategies and coordinate with technical teams on data migration

Establish project management frameworks and monitor implementation timelines and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field

5+ years of ERP and / or SIS implementation or project management experience

3+ years working with higher education institutions

Project management methodology certification required (PMP, Agile, or similar)

Experience with software implementations, preferably in fintech or edtech
