Our expansion, spanning 165,000 square feet, will introduce a state-of-the-art patient tower to our Round Rock hospital, tailored to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population.

Among its highlights, the tower will house an innovative 11-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, alongside expanded capacities for crucial departments such as med / surg and labor and delivery.

Anticipate a host of enhancements, including : Additional operating rooms, cath labs, and procedural areas.Expansions and upgrades to communal spaces.

Implementation of advanced equipment across various departments.Shell space earmarked for future growth, including the expansion of our Emergency Department and operating suites.

Your responsibilities will involve assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses for health issues, and developing personalized care plans.

You will also assess patient responses regularly. Your contributions will help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the healthcare system.

This will prevent complications and delays. Delegating tasks to other staff will be based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.
