Our client, a leading national law firm, is actively seeking an estate planning attorney (senior counsel / junior partner level with 10+ years of experience) to join its Chicago office as a Partner.

Responsibilities :
- Draft wills, trusts, irrevocable trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Prepare gift and estate tax returns
- Draft LLC and family LP agreements and other related tax planning documents
- Advise clients on tax planning and reporting, fiduciary duties, contested estates and gift and estate tax controversies
Required Qualifications :
- 10+ years of tax, estate planning and administration experience
- Significant experience working with family offices, C-suite executives, and high net worth individuals and families
- LLM in Taxation preferred
