Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring an Underground Utility Construction Project Manager at our Santa Ana, CA office.
This position's salary range is $82,000 - $93,000 a year based on the candidate's skills and experience.
Responsibilities :
1. Plan and organize materials, equipment, and labor
2. Provide all required job reports
3. Complete as-builts and redline prints
4. Manage change order and progress billing
5. Communicate job status with customers, be responsive to requests
6. Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a underground utility construction project
7. May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposals, or quality assurance
8. Evaluate Teammate's performance and provide professional development opportunities
Skills and Experience :
1. Previous utility construction leadership experience is required
2. Ability to travel as needed
3. Must have experience in underground telecom and electric construction
4. Experience in contract management, change orders, and unit price schedules
5. Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-builds prints
6. Must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications
7. Valid Drivers License
8. Proficient with MS WORD and Excel
