Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Lawrence, KS

LMH Health is hiring for three Family Medicine locations!

LMH Health is located in Lawrence, Kansas, and  also  serves the surrounding communities through four rural health clinics. It is a four-star hospital focused on being the best healthcare system in which to give and receive care.

Location One

Youll have the chance to work with excellent physicians and advanced practice practitioners while providing care at our LMH Health Primary Care South Iowa clinic for family medicine and same-day care.  Opportunities to grow include participation in building a primary care service line to support the people in our community and  fostering the growth of our urgent care strategy.

Our Family Medicine Physicians at South Iowa Street  spearhead our same-day access initiative,  supervise several APPs and also maintain their own patient panel.  They share call with all employed family medicine colleagues which equates to a 1 in 20 call weekend rotation, as well as two weekdays maximum per month.

Location Two

Come and work in the smaller, yet thriving community of Eudora !  LMH Health Primary Care Eudora is only 11 miles from Lawrence, and 20 minutes from the Kansas City suburbs.  We currently have two physicians and one nurse practitioner at this location, and the Panasonic plant is being built just down the road, so we need to expand our team and increase access and provide exceptional care for the area . Opportunities to grow include participation in building a primary care service line, as well as other committee involvement.  Engagement is strongly encouraged-we want to hear your voice! Certified in geriatrics and / or interest in doing so is preferred.
