This position is for a growing HVAC specialty service company located in Santa Fe Springs. Their focus is on Cooling Tower Repair, Refurbishment, Replacement and Maintenance Contracts.
This company has a solid team of service mechanics to perform work on all manufacturers cooling towers and fluid coolers.
If you are excellent at developing and maintaining relationships and enjoy some cold calling, this is a great opportunity to have a direct affect on a growing company.
We are looking for an individual to join as a project sales specialist. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities. All training done by seasoned leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Develops and pursues leads to generate sales
- Develops new opportunities through a variety of methods (cold calling, emailing, networking).
- Ability to learn and understand mechanical components within cooling towers
- Collaborates with internal departments
- All other duties as required.
Skills / Other :
- Able to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborative and positive attitude; works well with others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Experience :
- 2 years of Sales experience
- Experience within HVAC industry is a plus.
Pay : $40k-45k plus 15%-20% net profit commission
First year, this person likely will make $80k-90k / yr
