What You’ll Do :
- Implement and follow everyone’s health care plan
- Administer medications, chart vital signs, and apply medical / surgical dressings as directed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of health records and updates
- Provide basic first aid, CPR, and advanced care such as tracheotomy care and catheterizations
- Drive individuals to appointments, recreational activities, and community engagements
Requirements :
- Active LPN license
- Ability to float between homes in the area
- Valid driver's license for transporting individuals
