Closed Loop Recycling (CLR) is looking for a hard-working, self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our production team! We provide a full service to manufacturers in which we provide them with reusable oil-absorbent material that soaks up leaks and spills in their facilities.

The role that takes place in our plant is a hands-on labor-intensive job where you will learn how to operate multiple machines, move heavy collection drums, and work on your feet.

You’ll be working with a small team but have room for advancement in your career here. This is a dirty job (dealing with oil), so be prepared.

Your role will consist of the following responsibilities :

Plant Responsibilities

Train and work at different workstations as production needs require throughout the day / week

Operate machines to launder absorbent materials, wash / sort drums, and extract oily fluid

Folding, sorting, and cutting absorbent mats and other products

Assist in loading and unloading service trucks

Making sure the quality of the product is 100% client-ready which includes quality inspection

Repackage clean material, stock inventory shelves, and enter inventory in our CRM system

Keeping the facility up to OSHA safety standards and audit-ready

Other responsibilities as assigned

Opportunities

Cross-train as a customer service representative, CSR (route driver) as needed

Skills and Preferred Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Production / Warehouse experience

Ability to use a pallet jack

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 250 lbs when driving and loading / unloading drums)

Mechanic / carpentry / welding experience

Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment
