Experience : \n\n

  • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

\n\n

  • Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.

    • \n\n

  • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

    • \n\n

    Requirements : \n\n

  • Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).

    • \n\n

  • Local & travel allowed.

    • \n\n

  • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

    • \n\n

  • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

    • \n\n

  • No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program : Medefis Program - Samaritan Health Services

    • \n\n

    Eligibility as Current / Previous Employee : The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but a written request is required to apply.

    Preferred Skills / Experience : Evidence of critical care training with one (1) year recent experience in critical care.

    \n\n

    Shift & Scheduling : Days (0700-1930), Rotating weekends. Holiday Coverage Required : Yes.

    \n\n

    7 days maximum time off

    \n\n

    1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
