Selling Regional Sales Manager Capital Equipment
My client is a leading medical device company within the aesthetics industry. They are seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to provide strategic account management and sales leadership for a specific territory.
In this role, you will be an individual contributor; responsible for sales activities to include maintaining and expanding sales within existing customer base, prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities.
Assist with the strategy and selling process (including closing transactions) of significant accounts in territory.
Responsibilities :
- Meet / exceed sales quotas and ensure team’s sales goals are met and / or exceeded
- Assist with recruiting and hiring process
- Develop sales strategies with team to increase sales revenue
- Oversee the development and performance of the Sales Team
- Individual contributor; prospect for new business opportunities
- Identify / qualify clients, demo products
- Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
- Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
- Maintain records of all of the Sales team’s sales activity and reports
- Keep well-informed of available products / solutions, competitors, market trends
- Attend training on new products and technologies
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 5+ years of Capital Equipment Sales experience within Aesthetics industry
- Min. 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- Documented Sales Success of meeting / exceeding sales goals
- Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM
- Ability to travel within territory
Offering :
- Base Salary $85,000
- Year 1 @ plan $300,000 $500,000
- Uncapped Commissions
- Expenses (Car, Travel)
