What youll be doing day to day
- Providing excellent written and verbal communication to our National Account customers
- Addressing customer, platform, order, and product issues
- Offering expertise, ownership and tailored support to specific chain clients on an assigned basis
- Providing strategic solutions aimed at turning potentially negative experiences into net positive results
- Monitoring fulfillment issues and working with other divisions and outside contacts to provide customers with timely order status updates
- Proactively identifying ways to improve our standards, procedures, and operational efficiencies through the use of a dedicated programming team
