Job Description : We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic team. CNAs play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

As a CNA at Alhambra Post Acute, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Company : Alhambra Post Acute Location : Martinez, CA Responsibilities :

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents. Requirements :
• Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
